Banquet Night

2016_07_28The last day of camp has been a busy and fun-filled day! We started in Chapel with a big Lost-N-Found session, activity awards and devotional presented by the youngest cabins. During the day, the campers enjoyed showing off everything they’ve learned and done throughout the session with Final Shows. The Synchronized Swimmers did an excellent job with their routine this morning! I wanted to jump in the water with them! After that, Creative Movement performed a piece on how water moves. What fun! After Rest Hour, everyone headed up to the covered riding arena to watch the Drill Team presentation! It was great! Next, the campers moved down to Castle to watch all the dance and music performances. We then headed up to King Arthur’s Court for some tumbling and finished at the tennis courts to watch the very exciting tennis match. Everyone was cheering them on!

At night, the girls got dressed up for Banquet. They enjoyed a big dinner before watching the counselors perform, and enjoy the end of session slideshow!! I’m still smiling.

Swinging from the trees,

Tajar

About the Author
Tajar is something like a tiger, and something like a jaguar, and something like a badger; and if you should see him once, you would forget what he looked like, but if you should see him twice you would forget to forget what he looked like, and that could be quite fatal. The Tajar lives near Merrie-Woode...in Merrie-Woode and around Merrie-Woode and under Merrie-Woode and over Merrie-Woode. He's a mischievous little creature, filled with folly, who keeps his ear to the ground on all the goings on at camp!
